Our Process
Pareto Staffing Group serves the business client by locating a professional
worker, interviewing, testing and screening that worker, reference checking,
scheduling interviews if necessary, and administering all hiring paperwork
including but not limited to background checks and drug screening if desired
by the client.
Pareto Staffing Group does the following for each client:
• Recruiting (Sourcing)
• Screening (Preliminary “Face to Face” Interviewing)
• Skills Evaluation (Communication and Technical Skills Testing)
• Reference Checking
• Scheduling Interviews
• Negotiating Salaries
• Background Checks
Pareto Staffing Group also conducts regular evaluations— we check
in with the supervisor and the worker during the first week
on the assignment,
and then check in as agreed with the client. We act as an extension
of the client business' human resource department—assuring
that there is open communication
between supervisor and employee, and we assist with any troubleshooting
or problem solving that may be needed.
